Hi David,
I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to you and your staff for the curtains. They are perfect, and are looking lovely in the new flat. My son had seen the Birch fabric in M&S when we went looking for curtains a few months ago and decided that it was exactly what he wanted. We went into M&S when the flat purchase had been completed to order them, only to be told they no longer had that fabric in their selection. He was so disappointed because he had planned several purchases around the colours in the blue colour way. I looked for it online and saw it was still available from your company so he was able to order them from you in the end. They are beautifully finished and exactly the right length, hanging from a light oak pole. He is just waiting for his sofa and a few bits and pieces to complete his new home, and he is loving it so far. Thank you so much, once again.

I have purchased curtain fabric for 4 bedrooms over the past year from curtain fabric warehouse. On the last occasion i got David and his team to make the curtains aswell. I was very pleased with the result. They were made professionally. They look beautiful hung up. What i like about this business is that you can browse for as long as you need. If you require assistance then that is readily avaiable. You never feel pressurised to buy or to have curtains made by them. It is entirely your decision whether you wish to buy the fabric alone or use their service to make up the curtains. However if you have your curtains made by them then you will not be disappointed. So impressed with this firm. I ordered 3 pairs of made to measure curtains (short and long) plus cushions. They even phoned me to see which curtains were hanging together on the same wall to match the pattern. Delivered in time for Christmas and the quality is superb. From ordering to delivery I found Curtain Fabric Warehouse fantastic. Their prices are very competitive and have endless materials to choose from. I live in Scotland and was completely surprised that having made my order on the Wednesday, I received my first bale of fabric the next day. Ordering straightforward and delivery efficient and secure. Well packed so curtains arrived without creases. I was nervous about ordering online ( but tried it as my local service has gone out of business) and I have been delighted with results - these are the best made curtains in my house. The pattern match is perfect with two half widths per curtain. Well lined . The first pair I ordered was eyelet. Feeling more secure about the quality I ordered pinch pleat for the bedroom. Again faultless and as a bonus adjustable hooks were sewn into the pinch. After I ordered this last pair I had a phone call advising me that they would recommend two and half widths rather than the three widths I had ordered. Looking at them I can say they were absolutely correct and I received a refund as they used less material. I unhesitatingly recommend this company as I already have to friends and family.

Just recieved my beautiful made to measure curtains, excellent price, saved me lots of stress and time making them myself as my curtains are to the floor and 2.5 widths in each curtain. The fabric is Bill Beaumont Darcey Mist.
The pattern match is excellent as is the workmanship, just perfect. I will be ordering my patio window curtains now that I am so happy with these. Delivery was very quick, came in just over a weeks time, when I was expecting 2-3 weeks. The curtains weren't even creased when they arrived, great packaging. Thank you very much.

Bought curtains from here in early December with a promised delivery date of before Xmas. That date was met early which was good. Even better was the whole experience from start to finish. I placed my order online on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday, not only was it £5 a meter cheaper than my local curtain retailer but delivered to my door too, where as I would have had to go into the shop to collect it and a roll of curtain fabric is awkward and heavy to carry. With a shop so highly priced you would expect excellent customer service to be helpful and have knowledge of curtains, But they didnt have a clue, I suggest training your staff in its products . It is expected in this day and age for staff to know there stuff. I suggest you drag customer service in to the 21st century..
